Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
1. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Trucking42 Inc. to charge the subscription fee to your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Your current plan, price, and renewal date are shown at checkout and in My profile → Choose your right plan.
2. Free Trials (if applicable)
   If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. On the last day of the trial, the paid plan starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3. Cancellation
   You can cancel at any time from My profile → Choose your right plan -> chosing Free plan, or by emailing igor.m@dispatch42.com. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time. After cancellation by email, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
   Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, payments are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
5. Price Changes
   We may change fees for subscriptions. We will notify you in advance; new pricing takes effect on your next renewal after notice.
6. Taxes & Failed Payments
   Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an alternative method, or suspend access until payment is completed.
7. Chargebacks
   Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact igor.m@dispatch42.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
8. Term & Termination
   We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms (including abuse, fraud, or non-payment) after notice where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, except as expressly stated.
9. Service Availability
   We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance and incidents may affect availability; we will use reasonable efforts to notify and resolve issues promptly.
